As Dearborn Market is still family owned and operated since 1925, you very well may see the owners on the floor assisting customers or devising ways to make your shopping experience a more pleasurable one. The owners, Frank and DJ Luccarelli are here to help you in any way they can. While we do request that you first seek out our customer service representatives or managers with any questions or concerns you may have, Frank and DJ are always happy to hear from you. Frank Luccarelli • President

Frank oversees all operations at Dearborn Market. From assuring that the latest shipment of produce is of the highest quality to making sure that our greenhouse grown flats of annuals will be at the height of color on time for Spring and Summer planting, Frank manages it all. He is consistently seeking out new and inventive ways to better serve our customers including scouting out new managers to better serve your needs to finding ways to cut down on your deli wait. Frank is a lifelong resident of Holmdel and even serves on the educational board for the Holmdel school system. Frank continually looks for new methods to grow the business while keeping the same family traditions alive of quality, great selection and outstanding customer service.
Vice President • DJ Luccarelli
DJ oversees all aspects of the Produce, Specialty Food, Catering and Deli Departments. DJ works closely with our team of chefs and managers to maintain the highest quality of freshness and taste. He strives for every product that goes out onto the selling floor or is delivered locally or nationally, to be the best it can possibly be. From our fine line of catering, deli items, produce, gourmet food items and gift baskets, DJ continually monitors what goes on in each department. DJ looks to expand and refine our catering menu and products, always looking for our customer's input as to how we can best suit their needs. A long time resident of Holmdel, DJ is on the board of several volunteer groups helping to better serve the local community.
David • Greenhouse Supervisor

Scott Apel • Head Chef
We are delighted to have Scott join us as Dearborn's Head Chef. Scott has been in the food industry since he was 15 years old and is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. Scott has been a chef at several area restaurants including Manhattan's trendy Tribeca Grill. In the future, Scott will be offering cooking classes at Dearborn where you will be able to take advantage of his many years of professional experience.
