Birthdays at Dearborn
Cooking Party
Our cooking parties take place during the week (all year except for OCT.) from 3:30 – 5:30pm or weekends from 10am – 12pm.
Your Party Includes:

- Table for Food and Drinks

Activity
Children will decorate their own cooking apron and chef hat before getting a tour of our industrial kitchen. There they will each make their own personalized pizza, topped with their choice of veggies, meats and cheeses. While the pizzas are baking, they will decorate their own cupcake for dessert.
Food
Personalized Pizza and Cupcake (a la mode) with a choice of water or juice. Adult guests can choose off of our a la cart menu at an additional charge.

Garden Party
Our garden parties take place weekdays (all year except for OCT.) from 3:30 – 5:30pm or weekends from 10am-12pm or 2pm to 4pm.

Activity
Children will get a tour of our growing greenhouses where they will see how plants are grown and cared for – from start to finish. Next, they will get to pot their own in-season plant and learn how to care for it at home.
Food
Children choose from pizza or finger sandwiches, and a choice of water or juice. Adult guests can choose off of our a la cart menu at an additional charge.

Our harvest parties take place during the month of October ONLY.
Harvest Parties
On Weekends: Saturday & Sunday
Weekend parties are booked in the morning from 10am-1pm or afternoon from 2-5pm. Party lengths do not exceed 3 hours from the start time of the party.

- 1 Dearborn Associate to help with timing and serving of food
- 20′ x 40′ decorated area with, balloons, bales, corn stalks & fall foliage
- Designated parking area for your guests close to the party location
- Tables and Chairs for Children ONLY
- Orange Tablecloths, Napkins, Plates, & Utensils
- (5) Balloon Centerpieces and a latex balloon at each chair for your guests to take home
- Pony Ride per Child
- Private Hayride – each child picks a sugar pumpkin and visits our Cornfield Maze, Hay Bale Maze & Straw Crawl
- Gift Bag for each child with Little Treats
- ¼ Birthday Sheet Cake with Candles
Food
Children can enjoy a choice of pizza or finger sandwiches, and a choice of water, juice or apple cider. Adult Guests, at an additional charge, can enjoy assorted wraps, two side salads, and a choice of water, cider or soda. Other delicious food options are also available via our Catering Menu and can be ordered a la cart.

On Weekdays: Monday – Friday
Weekday parties are booked in the afternoon from 4-6pm. Party lengths do not exceed 2 hours from the start time of the party.

Payment for Birthday Parties
There is a 50% non refundable deposit due to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the party.
Weather and Cancellations
Parties will not be cancelled due to the weather and will take place in our Growing Greenhouse instead. Certain black out dates apply – please inquire. For Weekend Harvest Parties, we have alternate activities like pumpkin decorating, musical games, and coloring. Hayrides and Pony Rides are subject to weather and are cancelled at the discretion of Dearborn Market. Customers will be refunded $6 per child Weekend and $5 Weekdays Harvest Parties.
