Looking for a Fun, Unique Experience for Your Child's Birthday Party?

Dearborn is now hosting activity-filled birthday parties all year long! We take care of everything from providing invitations to clean up and you get to enjoy watching your child and his or her guests have a fabulous time. Parties are held in our retail greenhouse or in the kitchen. During October, special Harvest parties are held outside or in our growing greenhouse on weekends. Kitchen parties are available during the week.

Gardening Parties in the Retail Greenhouse

Gardening Parties are held either during the week from 3:30 to 5:30 PM or may be scheduled during the weekends from 11AM to 1PM or 2PM to 4PM. The parties include:

• Invitations
• Children height chairs and tables for the craft and meal
• 1 table for food
• 1 table for presents
• Paper products which are a farm theme in nature

Food:

Pizza or finger sandwiches for the children, beverages which include water, juice and soda, 1 birthday cake with candles

Activity:

Paint a pot and plant a seed craft, a tour of the growing greenhouses, 1 helper to serve and assist with the craft and tour

Cost:

$29.99 per child. Minimum of 10 children required. Maximum of 20 children.

Cooking Parties in the Kitchen

Cooking Parties are held during the week Monday through Thursday from 3:30PM to 5:30PM and Saturday and Sunday from 3PM to 5PM. The parties include:

• Invitations
• An area in the greenhouse with tables for your party
• Children will be standing while baking in the kitchen

Activity:

Materials needed for making 1 small personalized pizza, materials needed for decorating individual cupcakes while the pizzas are cooking, cupcake décor will coordinate with current season, a tour of the catering kitchens, 1 helper to assist children in the prep and baking of their pizza and decorating of cupcakes, tour of kitchen, serving of food and clean up

Cost:

$29.99 per child. Minimum of 10 children required. Maximum of 15 children.

Additional Food:

Beverages which include water, juice and soda, ice cream to go along with your cupcakes, candles, paper products which are a farm theme in nature

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be needed to hold your date. 48 hours notice is needed to confirm the final number of children. If so desired, food and beverages are available for adults and may be ordered separately from our standard catering menu. We do kindly ask that no outside food be brought to the parties.
