Beginning on Saturday, April 11th, Dearborn Market will introduce its NEW No-wait Boar's Head Deli Express. Simple-to-use touch screen kiosks located in the Main Market and Deli will allow you to place your cold cut order in advance. Choose from all of your favorite gourmet Boar's Head Brand cold cuts at the touch of a button! You'll even be able to select how you like your cold cuts sliced. From shredded to thin or thick sliced, customizing your order by the exact sliced thickness and the exact weight desired is never a problem. You'll receive a print-out of your order which will correspond with your prepared cold cuts waiting for you by our sandwich counter in the Deli. From the time of printing out your order to having your order ready for pick-up usually only takes a very short time! A Monitor located in the Deli will inform you when your order is ready to take home. You can then get your shopping completed quicker by having more time to gather all the other great products that Dearborn has to offer.

For your shopping convenience in the future, Dearborn will be adding its most popular salads to the touch screen selections. You'll still need to take a deli ticket to order our popular prepared foods, fish and meats, but we think that you'll find the convenience of not having to wait for your sliced cold cuts will translate into a big time saver!
