Ingredients

1 box Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese

6 pita breads (1 per person)

7 oz arugula

2 small zucchinis

12 pieces of green asparagus

12 cherry tomatoes

Directions

1. Cut zucchini in disks and the asparagus into several pieces.

2. Simmer over high heat in a frying pan with a bit of olive oil to color.

3. Season your vegetables with salt and set aside.

4. Spread Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Cheese on flatbread.

5. Top with arugula, zucchini, asparagus, and halved cherry tomatoes.
