Ingredients
1 can Swanson® Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
1/3 cup salsa verde
2 tbs light sour cream or plain nonfat Greek yogurt
4 flour tortilla (10-inch), warmed
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1 avocado, pitted, peeled and diced
2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 lime, cut into quarters
Directions

1. Stir the chicken, salsa verde and sour cream in a bowl.

 

2. Place the tortillas onto a work surface. Spoon the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Top with avocado, cheese and cilantro. Fold in two sides of each tortilla and roll up to enclose the filling.

 

3. Heat the oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook the burritos for 4 minutes. Turn the burritos over and cook for 4 minutes or until hot. Serve with the lime wedges and additional salsa verde, if desired.
