Ingredients
1 tbs Oil
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
1 jar of Patak’s ® Tikka Masala Curry Simmer Sauce
1 3/4 cup Tomatoes, diced
2 tbs Heavy Cream (optional)
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan on medium-low heat and fry the onion until translucent and golden.
  2. Stir in the chicken and cook until seared.
  3. Pour in the Patak’s ® Tikka Masala Simmer Sauce and the tomatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. For extra thickness, stir in heavy cream just before serving.
