Ingredients
24 RITZ Crackers
2 oz brick cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 large jalapeño pepper, cut into 12 slices
Directions
1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Spread 12 crackers with cream cheese. Place in single layer on baking sheet; top with shredded cheese.
3. Bake 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
4. Top with peppers. Cover with remaining crackers to make 12 sandwiches.
