2 medium tomatillos, quartered
1 large avocado, halved, pitted and peeled, coarsely chopped
1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro sprigs
1⁄4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons hot sauce
1⁄2 teaspoon salt

Directions
1. In food processor, purée garlic, onions, tomatillos, avocado, cilantro, sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce and salt until smooth. Serve with tortilla chips.
