Pumpkin Cold Foam Latte

¾ cup Bowl & Basket heavy cream
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket pumpkin puree
½ tsp Bowl & Basket pumpkin spice
1 tsp desired sweetener such as simple syrup, honey or maple syrup
12 oz Bowl & Basket cold brew
Ice, for serving
Directions
- Whisk together heavy cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and sweetener of choice until well mixed.
- Add cream mixture to a milk frother (or you can use a handheld frother if you have that) and froth until desired level of cold foam is achieved.
- Add ice to two glasses then pour cold brew over ice. Top with pumpkin cold foam, a sprinkle of more pumpkin spice and serve immediately.
