Ingredients
16 HERSHEY'S KISSES or BAR Brand Lava Cake Dark Chocolate Candies
1 pkg. (16 oz.) brownie mix with pouch of chocolate syrup
Vegetable oil (follow measurements on brownie mix package)
Eggs (follow measurements on brownie mix package)
Water (follow measurements on brownie mix package)
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and sugar 4 (4 oz. ) custard cups or ramekins. Place circle of greased parchment paper with greased side up in bottom of each custard cup.
- Remove wrappers from chocolates; set aside. Mix brownie following package directions.
- Place 6 tablespoons brownie batter in bottom of each prepared cup. Gently place 4 chocolates with the point down in center of each cup. Cover chocolates with 2 tablespoons batter.
- Bake 31 to 33 minutes or until brownie surfaces are cracked. Remove from oven; cool on wire rack 15 to 20 minutes or until cups are cool enough to handle.
- To serve, gently run knife around outer edge of brownie ; invert onto serving plate. Remove parchment paper; garnish as desired. Makes 4 brownie cakes.
