Ingredients
5 cups Sliced Winter Frost Pineberries
3⁄4 cup Granulated Sugar
3⁄4 cup Water
2 cups Blueberries
5 Kiwis, sliced
2 cups Sliced Strawberries
1 cup Red Seedless Grapes
1 6oz. Package Blackberries
2 cups Cubed Pineapple
2 Large Mangos, peeled and cubed
Directions

1. For the pineberry syrup: Combine 2 ½ cups sliced pineberries, water, and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to a simmer and simmer for 15 minutes.

 

2. Strain liquid into a bowl and let the syrup cool completely before tossing into your fruit salad.

 

3. In a large bowl, combine all fruit salad ingredients ( 2 ½ cups sliced pineberries, blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, grapes, blackberries, pineapple, and mango).

 

4. Toss with pineberry syrup (amount to taste).

 

5. Chill until ready to serve.

 

Tip: Save leftover pineberry syrup for use in mocktails or cocktails!
