Grilled Salmon with Green Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 box of Barilla® Chickpea Orzo pasta
2 cups green beans, cleaned and cut 2/3 inch
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil, divided
5 3-ounce salmon fillets
1 cup sour cream
1 tbs shallot, minced
3 tbs lemon juice, divided
1 tsp lemon zest, grated
2 tbs chives, chopped
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil; cook pasta according to package directions, add green beans to the water during the last six minutes.
  2. Brush salmon with 1-tablespoon olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill to the desired temperature.
  3. Meanwhile season sour cream with salt, pepper, shallot, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  4. Set aside. Drain pasta and beans, season with remaining olive oil, remaining lemon juice and lemon zests.
  5. Place everything perfectly divided on individual plates, sprinkle with chives before serving.
