Ingredients
½ cup Hellmann’s® and Best Foods® Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing
1 small lime, juiced (about 2 Tbsp.)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ tsp. ground cumin
1 1-1/2 lb. flank or skirt steak
Directions
  1. Combine Hellmann’s® and Best Foods® Chipotle Mayonnaise Dressing, lime juice, garlic and cumin in small bowl. Remove ¼ cup of the Mayonnaise mixture and brush on both sides of steak. Cover and marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and grill steak about 8 minutes, turn and grill an additional 8 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and brush with remaining Mayonnaise mixture. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and let rest 5 minutes.
  3. Serve, if desired, with grilled vegetables, garlic toast, chopped avocado, pickled red onions and Pico de Gallo.

Chef's Tip: To make an easy, quick pickled onion topping, combine ½ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon honey and ½ teaspoon salt and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir in and press to submerge 1 small thinly sliced red onion and let sit while steak is grilling.
