Ingredients
2 C Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
Bowl & Basket™ Strawberry Syrup
strawberries, sliced, to serve
Directions
  1. Line and grease a 6-8 inch springform pan, and preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. With a mixer or in a blender, combine the melted Bowl & Basket™ Vanilla Flavored Ice Cream, cream cheese, and eggs.
  3. Pour the batter into your lined pan.
  4. Bake for 40–55 minutes, checking often to make sure the top is browning, but not too much. It’s done when it jiggles only slightly.
  5. Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  6. Top with a drizzle of Bowl & Basket™ Strawberry Syrup and sliced strawberries to serve.
