Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups

Ingredients
½ cup FAGE Sour Cream
12 wonton wrappers
4-ounce cream cheese, at room temperature
5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled, reserve 2 tablespoons for garnish
½ cup shredded yellow cheddar cheese, extra for garnish
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 small jalapenos, divided
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Sweet chili sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a muffin tray with cooking spray.
- Place one wonton wrapper into each well of the muffin tray. Bake for about 8-10 minutes or lightly browned. Remove from the oven and set aside.
- Dice 2 of the jalapenos for the recipe and thinly slice 1 of the jalapenos into rings for garnish.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, cheeses, diced jalapenos, onion, and garlic powder.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the filling into each wonton cup, sprinkle with extra bacon and cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 12-14 minutes or until the filling is bubbly and wonton wrappers are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for 3-5 minutes.
- Top with jalapeno slices and few drops of sweet chili sauce and serve warm.
