¾ cup FAGE Sour Cream
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 (6-ounce) blue cheese, roughly crumbled, extra for garnish
1 (6-ounce) blue cheese, roughly crumbled, extra for garnish
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1 garlic clove, finely minced

Directions
- In a small pan, add olive oil and sauté onions on medium heat until the onions are translucent and slightly caramelized. Let it cool for at least 5 minutes.
- Add blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon zest, lemon juice, buttermilk, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to a blender and pulse 8-10 times to combine.
- Top with caramelized onions and add dill and chives to the top before serving.
