Ingredients
1 can (14 ounce) bowl & basketâ„¢ Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 can (12 ounce) bowl & basketâ„¢ Evaporated Milk
1 cup bowl & basketâ„¢ Coconut Milk
1 cup white rum
1/2 cup cream of coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg plus additional for garnish (optional)
3 cinnamon sticks plus additional for garnish (optional)
Directions
  1. In blender, purée milks, rum, cream of coconut, vanilla extract, cloves and nutmeg on high until smooth; transfer to large pitcher.
  2. Add cinnamon sticks; refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Makes about 6 cups.
  3. Serve coquito over ice garnished with nutmeg and/or cinnamon sticks, if desired.
