Hot Honey Halloumi Fries with Chili Sour Cream Dip

½ cup FAGE Sour Cream
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
9 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into ½” to 1” strips
Avocado or olive oil spray

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, and cilantro. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- For the fries, place flour into one bowl, egg with garlic powder in a second bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Coat halloumi strips, one at a time, into the flour, shaking off the excess flour, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Spray the fries with avocado spray and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the fries over and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
- Drizzle the fries with hot honey and serve with chili sour cream dip.
