Ingredients
½ cup FAGE Sour Cream
½ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
⅓ cup all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup panko breadcrumbs
9 ounces halloumi cheese, cut into ½” to 1” strips
Avocado or olive oil spray

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, chili sauce, lime juice, and cilantro. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  3. For the fries, place flour into one bowl, egg with garlic powder in a second bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Coat halloumi strips, one at a time, into the flour, shaking off the excess flour, then into the egg mixture, and then into the breadcrumbs. Place onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Spray the fries with avocado spray and cook for 10 minutes. Flip the fries over and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown.
  5. Drizzle the fries with hot honey and serve with chili sour cream dip.
