Ingredients
3 tbsp Bowl & Basket rice wine vinegar
3 tbsp Bowl & Basket soy sauce
¾ tsp Bowl & Basket salt
1 tsp Bowl & Basket honey
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger (can substitute 1 tsp ground if needed)
¼ cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp Bowl & Basket Cornstarch
1 8oz can chopped water Chestnuts
1 large egg, beaten slightly
2 tbsp Bowl & Basket toasted sesame oil
1 lb ground pork
1 cup Bowl & Basket Panko breadcrumbs
Directions
  1. Combine the first 10 ingredients (vinegar through sesame oil) in a large bowl and whisk well to combine. Add in pork and breadcrumbs and mix until just combined - mixture should be homogeneous but try not to over mix or it will toughen the pork.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. While preheating, create meatballs by measuring approximately ⅓ cup of the meatball mixture and gently rolling it into balls. Place on a plate or baking sheet until ready to cook.
  3. Once the air fryer is hot, place 5-6 meatballs (however many will fit without overcrowding) into the air fryer and cook for 7 minutes. Gently flip the meatballs and cook for another 7 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Serve with steamed white rice and vegetables, if desired.

Tips: To bake: preheat oven to 375 and cook on a foil-lined sheet pan for 15-20 min To fry: pan fry in ¼ cup vegetable oil until browned on all sides and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes
