Ingredients
1 cup FAGE Sour Cream
8-ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
2 tablespoons salted butter
1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 medium green or red bell pepper, diced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
½ -pound thick deli roast beef, chopped
2 cups provolone cheese, chopped, divided
½ cup American cheese, chopped
Parsley, chopped
1 French baguette
1/3 cup melted butter
Italian seasoning
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream with a handheld mixer until smooth and set aside.
  3. In a large pan over medium heat, add butter and diced onions and sauté for 2 minutes or until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add peppers and sauté for additional 2 minutes.
  5. Set the heat to low and stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and roast beef.
  6. Stir in the cream cheese mixture, 1 cup of provolone cheese, and American cheese.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (8-inch x 8-inch) and top with the remaining 1 cup of provolone cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Top with chopped parsley.
  9. For the crostini, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  10. Slice baguette diagonally to ¼-inch thick slices and arrange in a single layer on 2 baking sheets.
  11. Brush butter on each slice and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  12. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  13. Cool for about 10 minutes and serve.
