Ingredients
8 lb. bone in spiral cut ham
1/2 cup Steve's & Ed's Organic Honey
2 tbs Steve's & Ed's Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbs Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Pinch of cloves
Dash of allspice
Fresh herbs, optional garnish

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat baking pan with baking spray

2. Combine butter, brown sugar, Steve's & Ed's Organic Honey, Dijon mustard, Steve's & Ed's Apple Cider Vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and all spice to a pan. Place pan over medium heat, bringing to a simmer and cook 3-5 minutes- or until glaze is syrupy.

3. Place ham in the pan and pour half the glaze over it. Cover ham tightly with foil. Save the other half of the glaze for later. Bake the ham for 2 hours, then uncover

4. Pour the remaining half of the glaze over the ham. If glaze has hardened, reheat in microwave for 30 seconds to loosen it back up

5. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F. Place uncovered ham in the oven- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until glaze is browned and caramelized.

6. Transfer the ham to a serving platter and garnish with fresh herbs and fruit. Slice ham, serve, and enjoy! Add a drop of Steve's & Ed's Garlic Hot Sauce for kick of spice.
