1 cups Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Sriracha
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 cups Bowl & Basket Albacore tuna, drained
1 cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 Bell Peppers, thinly sliced
1 cup Shredded Carrots
1 Package Frozen Shelled Edamame, cooked
1 cup Jalapeno, sliced
1 cups Bowl & Basket White or Brown Rice, cooked according to package directions
1 tbs Soy Sauce, optional
1 cup Sliced Green Onions, optional
1 cup Avocado, optional
1 oz Dried Seaweed Snacks, optional
Directions

1. Combine mayo, sriracha, lemon juice and sesame oil to make the spicy mayo. Add ½ cup of the spicy mayo to the drained tuna, mixing until well combined. Reserve the rest of the spicy mayo for another recipe or for those who want to add more to their tuna bowls!

 

2. Add rice to serving bowls and top with spicy tuna mixture, cucumbers, bell peppers, carrots, edamame, jalapeno and any other desired ingredients.
