Turkey Cobb Salad Sandwiches
We've taken all the flavors of a turkey cobb salad and put them into a sandwich. This cobb salad sandwich is large enough to serve a crowd.

Turkey Cobb Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) loaf ciabatta bread
1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
3 cups shredded lettuce
1 pound sliced deli turkey
6 slices crisply cooked bacon
8 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® Deli American
1 large tomato, sliced into 9 slices
1 avocado, peeled, pitted, thinly sliced
Directions
1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread cut sides of bread with salad dressing.
2. Layer bottom half of bread with 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce, turkey, bacon, deli American, tomato, avocado and remaining lettuce. Cover with top half of bread.
3. Cut into 8 pieces. Secure each with toothpicks.
