

Slice the tuna into 2”x1” rectangles
Dip each side in the everything bagel seasoning
Get the oil smoking hot in a pan then fry each side for approx. 20-30 seconds. The sesame seeds in the bagel seasoning will turn lightly brown
Let the cooked tuna rest for 1 min before slicing.
Using a potato peeler, shred the carrot, green & yellow squash from tip to tail. You are making ribbons. When you start to see the core/seeds of the vegetable move on to the other side. Do not shred the core/seeds.
Soak the shredded vegetables in the lemon juice for 10mins.
After 10 min, separate the vegetables from the lemon juice.
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.
Layer, vegetables, then dressing, and then strawberries then seared tuna.
