Ingredients
1 large ripe banana, peeled, thinly sliced crosswise and frozen
1 small Wholesome Pantry avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped and frozen
1/4 (3-ounce) Bowl & Basket 72% dark chocolate bar, coarsely chopped
1 1/3 cup Bowl & Basket DHA Omega-3 reduced fat milk
1/4 cup Bowl & Basket whole milk plain greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Wholesome Pantry maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions

1. Place a single layer of sliced bananas in the freezer for 2 hours or until frozen.

 

2. Place avocado chunks in the freezer for 1 hour or until frozen.

 

3. In a blender, purée all ingredients on high until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
