Rice Krispies® Present Treats

Ingredients
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 package (10 oz., about 40) marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® with Holiday Colors Cereal
Canned white frosting
Food coloring (optional)
12 round, striped peppermint candies or other assorted candies
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add Kellogg’s® Rice Krispies® with Holiday Colors Cereal. Stir until well-coated.
- Using buttered spatula or wax paper, press mixture into a coated 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cool.
- Cut into 2-inch squares. For each present, stack 2 squares on top of each other.
- Tint frosting with food coloring, if desired. Pipe frosting on each stack as ribbon.
- Use small amount of frosting to attach one candy to the top of each present as a bow. Best if served the same day.
