4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
1 small bell pepper (any color), finely chopped

Directions
- Stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, honey and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.
- Add coleslaw mix, bell pepper, corn and green onion. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 10 minutes before serving.
Tips: If you have any coleslaw with corn leftovers lingering behind, they’ll still be good in the fridge for 3-4 days.
